Why 3 free downloads a day?
Compressing runs on your own device, so it stays free and unlimited for everyone. The free 3 downloads a day cover the occasional photo, signature or form upload. Pro is for everything beyond that, and it is what keeps Graviton running.
What does Pro add?
Unlimited downloads, one by one or in ZIPs of up to 250 images. Every format, setting and tool is the same on both plans, and so are quality and speed. Pro only removes the daily limit.
Monthly or yearly: what’s the difference?
Only how you pay. Pro is billed every month or once a year, and paying yearly costs less. Current prices are shown above and at checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no contract. Cancel from your account and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. No refunds are given for partial periods.
What happens when I reach the daily limit?
Nothing is lost. Compressing and previewing keep working, and your compressed images stay ready on the page. Download them right away with Pro, or come back after midnight UTC, when your 3 free downloads refill.
What counts as a download?
On Free, each different image counts once per UTC day, when you first download it. Downloading the same image again that day, on the same device and in any format or size, doesn’t count again. Compressing and previewing never count, and on Pro nothing is counted at all.
When do free downloads reset?
Every day at midnight UTC, and the app shows that time in your own time zone. Unused downloads don’t roll over. Your remaining downloads are shown next to your account and in the compressor.
Are my images uploaded on either plan?
No. On both plans, images are processed in your browser and never leave your device. When you download, the browser sends only a one-way fingerprint of each image to approve it, and it is never stored. On Free, Graviton keeps one number per account per day, how many images were downloaded, deleted within 48 hours. Pro has no limit, so not even that number exists.
