How it works

Compress in three steps

  1. 1

Drop the photos you want to send.

  2. 2

Graviton resizes them to 1600 pixels and compresses them as JPGs.

  3. 3

Download them as a ZIP and attach them, or attach them one by one.

Why email needs smaller images

Gmail and Outlook limit attachments to 20–25 MB per message, and a handful of phone photos already passes that. At 1600 pixels a photo is typically 200–400 KB, so dozens fit in one email.

Sending a lot of photos

Download the ZIP and attach it: it keeps the original file names, and the recipient gets every photo in one file.

Frequently asked questions

Will recipients see a difference?

On phones and laptops, no. If they will print large or edit the photos, send them at full size with a higher quality instead.

Are my images uploaded?

No. Graviton converts and compresses inside your browser, so your images never leave your device. Nothing is sent while you compress. When you download, the browser sends only a one-way fingerprint of the image, so the download can be counted and approved. Graviton stores none of it.

Can I process many images at once?

Yes. Drop up to 250 images at once and download them one by one or together as a ZIP that keeps the original file names. On Free, each image counts once a day against your 3 downloads; Pro has no daily limit, so the whole batch downloads at once.

Is it free?

Yes. Compressing and converting are free and unlimited, with no account needed. Downloading needs a free account, which includes 3 downloads a day with every format and setting. Pro removes the daily limit.
