Workflow
A carousel in five steps
- 1
Drop in the whole set
A carousel or a week of posts, up to 250 photos at once. iPhone HEIC photos work too.
- 2
Pick the size
Choose Instagram, Square, Story or Facebook under Resize, or type a size such as 1600 × 900. Every photo is cropped to that shape from the middle.
- 3
Move the crops that need it
Open a photo in the list and tap Crop to move its frame, so a face or a product stays in the picture. The others keep the batch’s crop.
- 4
Keep a photo whole, if you’d rather
Under How to fit, Add bars keeps the whole photo inside the size, with white, black or any colour around it.
- 5
Download and post
Get the photos one by one or as a ZIP that keeps their names: 3 a day on Free, unlimited on Pro.
Why creators use it
The right size, without an editor
Cropped, never squeezed
A photo of another shape is cropped to the size, and you choose the part that stays. Stretch is there only if you pick it.
Carousels that line up
Every photo in the batch comes out at exactly the same size, with its own crop where it needs one.
The size each app shows
Uploading at the size an app displays means one light recompression on its side instead of a heavy one.
Straight from your phone
It works in your phone’s browser, reads iPhone HEIC photos, and removes location and camera data from every photo it saves.
Photos stay yours
Everything happens in your browser. Unposted photos are never uploaded anywhere.
Every feature on both plans
A free account includes 3 downloads a day. Pro only removes that limit.
FAQ
Questions about social media images
What size should Instagram photos be?
1080 × 1350 for portrait posts, 1080 × 1080 for squares and 1080 × 1920 for stories and reels. Instagram shows posts 1080 pixels wide, so larger photos are scaled down when you upload them.
Why do my photos look worse after posting?
Apps recompress what you upload, and a photo much larger than they show gets scaled and compressed hard. Upload at the size the app shows, as a high-quality JPG, and their recompression has less to take away.
Can I make one photo fit several apps?
Run the same photos once per size. Compressing is unlimited, and downloading the same photo again on the same day, on the same device, at another size counts once.
Do these sizes change?
Sometimes. These are the sizes the apps show in 2026; check each app’s help pages if a layout changes. Typing a width and height under Resize covers any size an app asks for.
Can I add a white border instead of cropping?
Yes. Under How to fit, choose Add bars and pick white. The whole photo sits inside the size with white bars where the shapes differ, the look many photographers use on Instagram.
