The sizes in the notice
The 2025 IBPS notice asks for a 200 × 230 photo of 20–50 KB, a 140 × 60 signature of 10–20 KB in black ink, a 240 × 240 left thumb impression of 20–50 KB at 200 DPI, and an 800 × 400 handwritten declaration of 50–100 KB at 200 DPI.
Small files brought up to the minimum
A 140 × 60 signature is only a few KB, even at the highest quality. Graviton adds a comment no viewer shows to bring the file up to the minimum, so the form accepts it, and the picture stays exactly the same.
The live photo
IBPS forms also capture a live photo with your webcam or phone camera. That one is taken inside the form; this tool is for the files you upload.
Frequently asked questions
Do the sizes change between exams?
Each notice sets its own. These are from the 2025 IBPS PO notice; check yours and change the size and KB range in the settings if they differ.
Why is my signature padded?
Because a signature that small can’t reach 10 KB on its own. The comment makes up the difference; viewers ignore it, and the signature itself isn’t changed.
Are my images uploaded?
No. Graviton converts and compresses inside your browser, so your images never leave your device. Nothing is sent while you compress. When you download, the browser sends only a one-way fingerprint of the image, so the download can be counted and approved. Graviton stores none of it.
Is it free?
Yes. Compressing and converting are free and unlimited, with no account needed. Downloading needs a free account, which includes 3 downloads a day with every format and setting. Pro removes the daily limit.
